People come to me when they’re ready for change.
Some are in a difficult relationship, or contemplating divorce and its aftermath. Some are struggling with their partner’s substance use and toxic behaviours. Others are stressed parents struggling with troubled or disabled teens or adult children.
My approach is an eclectic one.
Through a process of rich questioning methods we will assess your current situation, access your strengths and develop a new healthy perspective on your situation. We will generate ideas and find solutions to ongoing problems and build strategies and skills for a more harmonious and grounded life.
My Clients Say

I’m Jillian. I was born and raised in small-town Ontario, the middle of nine children. Growing up navigating this number of relationships 24/7 made negotiation and compromise a necessary survival skill!
Apart from a short stint picking asparagus and sorting potatoes, I have always been part of the helping profession. It’s where I’ve felt most confident and comfortable (other than motherhood).
It’s been my life’s work for 40 years, it’s what I love to do - helping people like you navigate difficult situations and emotions.
